SKC Debuts at the 4th National Academic Conference on Aerodynamic Noise and Control Technology, Showcasing Its Independent R&D Strength in Acoustic Equipment

• From July 16 to 18, 2025, the 4th National Academic Conference on Aerodynamic Noise and Control Technology was grandly held at Shaanxi Guesthouse in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province. As an important academic event in the field of aeroacoustics, this conference was hosted by the authoritative Chinese Society of Aerodynamics and co-organized by several influential institutions in the industry, including the School of Aeronautics of Northwestern Polytechnical University and the Low-Speed Aerodynamics Institute of China Aerodynamics Research and Development Center. The conference aims to build a high-level academic exchange platform for sharing the latest research results, discussing industry challenges, and exploring development directions. It is of great significance for promoting the development of aerodynamic acoustics theories, experiments, and control technologies, as well as advancing their engineering applications in multiple fields. 1. Voice Input Noise Reduction:

• System Introduction: This system is built on high-precision microphones, high-speed DSP, and AI noise reduction algorithms. The A1 noise reduction model, trained on approximately 100,000 sets of actual noise data, achieves voice input noise reduction in various noisy environments. The high-definition sound pickup distance can be extended to 5 meters. Combined with the voice directional enhancement solution, it provides a "smart ear" for voice interaction systems, significantly improving their voice interaction capabilities in service, industrial, security, and other scenarios.

• Technical Overview: Through the acoustic database and AI neural network model, noise signals are stripped away, leaving only high-quality voice signals, which significantly enhances voice collection capabilities.

• System Features: AI algorithm noise reduction, small size and low power consumption.

2. Voice Directional Enhancement

• System Introduction: This solution is based on a planar array composed of high-precision microphones, equipped with advanced beamforming technology. It filters for the human voice frequency band, enabling accurate recognition of the direction of human voices and directional enhancement. The multi-target simultaneous interaction management strategy, combined with the AI voice input noise reduction solution, can effectively enhance voice clarity, improve the accuracy of ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition), and further enhance the ability to collect voices from specific targets.

• Technical Overview: It utilizes ultra-directional algorithms to enhance the angular resolution of sound pickup, improve the signal-to-noise ratio of the system, and achieve precise zonal pickup of voice signals.

• System Features: Flexibly adjustable microphones, geometrically distributed voice directionality, enhanced multi-target interaction strategy.

3. AI Fault Diagnosis

• System Introduction: The AI fault diagnosis system consists of three modules:

(1) Data Acquisition Module: Composed of four parts, namely sensors, data acquisition, data transmission, and a terminal platform.   

(2) Data Preprocessing Module: A software service deployed on the terminal platform, which performs processing such as noise reduction and normalization on the collected data to improve data availability. It uses a feature extraction algorithm to extract characteristics of sound data, preparing for subsequent classification.

(3) AI Classification Module: The core module deployed on the terminal platform, which uses deep learning algorithms to classify acoustic signals. Multiple neural networks are employed for training classification tasks, and the model with the optimal performance is selected for application.

• System Features: Low threshold and user-friendly, accurate and reliable, efficient and cost-saving.

4. Acoustic Temperature Measurement

• Technical Overview: Multiple sets of acoustic transceiver devices are arranged on the furnace walls around the furnace section. By emitting sounds in sequence, temperature data along multiple paths are obtained. Using CT reconstruction technology, the two-dimensional temperature field distribution of the temperature measurement plane can be derived. The acoustic temperature measurement system, featuring non-contact measurement, combines the CT principle with industrial applications to achieve online monitoring, accurately acquire real-time data on the combustion temperature field in the furnace, and realize combustion visualization.

• System Features: High accuracy, unaffected by uncertain factors such as radiation; Wide measurement temperature range, applicable across the full load range of boilers; Unlimited measurement space, capable of measuring not only average temperature but also determining the furnace temperature field distribution; High measurement sensitivity with real-time online monitoring; Visualization for intuitive data; Convenient upgrade and maintenance.

Such solutions have aroused strong interest among many participating guests, and also allowed the attendees to see SKC's diversified layout in the field of acoustic applications.
